Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1 business day from the time the order was placed.

We ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.  Regrettably, we do not ship internationally (including Canada & Mexico) or to other United States commonwealths/territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands.  We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

The FREE flat rate shipping applies only to items that can be shipped via regular ground shipping.  

Continental U.S. orders will ship via FedEx ParcelPost unless FedEx Overnight delivery is requested by the customer. 

Overnight Delivery:

US customers have the option of choosing FedEx Overnight for an additional fee. 

Orders To Alaska and Hawaii:

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must choose FedEx Overnight service (overnight fee required), and provide a physical address since FedEx Ground service is not available to these areas.  Alaska and Hawaii orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Return Policy

Items are to be returned to the following address following return authorization from the seller:

·        Shipping charges are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstances.

·         Returns will not be accepted without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials.

      Be sure to keep all of this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it!  We do not

      refund or replace merchandise damaged by the customer.

Warranty Policy 

All Brand New items include a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

All Factory Serviced items include a 30-Day Replacement Only policy for defective items.

Privacy Policy

None of our customers' information is released and is all confidential. We DO NOT sell any of our customer information.

Terms & Conditions

We offer products produced by a variety of manufacturers. Please note that we do not in any manner allege any affiliation between the manufacturers and our company. All products that appear on BIGZELECTRONICS.com are the sole property of BIG Z ELECTRONICS, unless specified otherwise.  We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be given to the customer.

Orders shipped to Texas, will automatically incur an 7.75% sales tax.  Orders shipped outside of Texas are not taxed.
